Com. Sub. for H. B. 2955 -- "A BILL to amend and reenact §11- 14C-5 and §11-14C-47 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, all relating to the motor fuel excise tax generally; extending the date to which the rate of the flat-rate component of the motor fuel excise tax will remain at twenty and one-half cents per invoiced gallon; and dedicating a portion of the tax to the funding of construction, maintenance and repair of roads throughout the various counties of the state for which federal moneys are not available.".
